This document outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information through your interactions with the Stride move-to-earn fitness app (“App”). ### **Collection of Personal Information** We collect personal information to provide and enhance the services we offer to you. This may include but is not limited to: * Names, email addresses, physical addresses, and other contact details. * Demographic information such as age, gender, and preferences. * Health and fitness data necessary for the functioning of the App, like step count and location data for movement verification. ### **Use of Your Information** We use the information we collect about you to: * Provide, maintain, and improve our services including the App. * Understand and analyze how you use our services to develop new products, services, features, and functionality. * Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the App, and for marketing and promotional purposes. ### **Sharing of Your Information** We work with the following subcontractors who assist us in achieving the purposes mentioned in section 2 above: * **GOOGLE**: for hosting and storing your data * **REDIS**: to create a database of our users We also work with providers who help us measure the performance of our services and the Application and improve them, for example, Mixpanel, Adjust. We contractually require these service providers to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and not to use it for purposes other than those necessary for the execution of our contract with them. **We also share your personal data with:** * our third-party partners for advertising purposes via the Application. These partners use your data to know the origin of your purchase from them (in this case, a promotional code obtained through Stride). We ensure they do not process your data for other purposes. * advertising intermediaries, for example, Facebook and TikTok.
